This is a great snack or even a meal replacement. I like to use chocolate protein powder but, vanilla would probably be good too. If you don't have a good blender, you might want to just have the almonds on the side. If you're lucky enough to have something like a Vitamix then blend the almonds right into the smoothie.
Ingredients
1 cup (about 6 - 8 berries) Frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Greek yogurt - plain, non-fat
1/2 Scoop Whey protein powder - chocolate
Cinnamon to taste
6 Almonds
1/2 cup Milk - non-fatIngredients
