Seriously Simple Cooking was created with the idea that even if you don't like to cook you can eat healthy, delicious meals at home. Cooking for yourself means you control the ingredients. It means you can cut back on or eliminate processed foods from your diet. It means you can be healthier. It means you can save money. If you want to lose weight, this will help.

I believe that anyone who can read a recipe and follow the directions can cook. If you're like me and you don't really like cooking then a lot of recipes out there look like a major p.i.t.a. I like food that tastes good. I like food that is good for you. I also like to keep it simple, seriously simple.

There are a variety of recipes here. Some are healthier than others. The main requirement is that they are made with simple, whole, unprocessed ingredients. There will be occasional exceptions along the way. There will also be recipes that are less simple than others. However, I figure that any recipe simple enough for me to be willing to make will be acceptable to most.
