Chili Cheese Nachos
Delicious and filling game day (or any day) food. Easy and quick to make.
- Nacho chips
- Pre-heat oven to 400deg.
- Heat chili in a sauce pan on the stove
- Add a layer of chips to the bottom of baking dish
- Layer on half the chili
- Layer on half the cheese
- Repeat with the chips, chili and cheese for a second layer
- Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes
Use a wide spatula to transfer nachos to serving plate
Top with your choice of toppings: chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
