Chili Cheese Nachos

Chili Cheese Nachos

Delicious and filling game day (or any day) food. Easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • Nacho chips
  • Chili
  • Cheese


Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400deg.
  2. Heat chili in a sauce pan on the stove
  3. Add a layer of chips to the bottom of baking dish
  4. Layer on half the chili
  5. Layer on half the cheese
  6. Repeat with the chips, chili and cheese for a second layer
  7. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes

Use a wide spatula to transfer nachos to serving plate

Top with your choice of toppings: chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
