Chili Cheese Nachos
Delicious and really satisfying game day (or any day) food. Easy and quick to make.
Pre-heat oven to 400deg.
Heat chili in a sauce pan on the stove
Add a layer of chips to the bottom of baking dish
Layer on half the chili
Layer on half the cheese
Repeat with the chips, chili and cheese for a second layer
Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes
Use a wide spatula to transfer nachos to serving plate
Top with your choice of toppings: chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
