Whipped Cream

Ingredients:
Heavy whipping cream
Sugar
Vanilla extract

Equipment:
Hand mixer
Bowl
Measuring spoon

Pour about 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream into a bowl.
Add 1 tsp sugar.
Add a few drops of vanilla extract
Use the hand mixer to whip the mixture until it is the consistency you like. Start with the mixer on low and increase up to high over the first 30 seconds.

Serve immediately over ice cream, pie, pancakes, etc. If there is any left over whipped cream, cover and refrigerate. When you are ready to use the left overs you will need to use the hand mixer to bring the cream back to the desired consistency.
